Pre-order items are subject to estimated delivery timelines. Trading Floor will make reasonable efforts to fulfil pre-orders within the stated timeframe. If significant delays occur, you will be notified and given the option to cancel for a full refund.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Trading Floor purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
1. Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
5. Non-Returnable Items

We currently ship within South Africa. International shipping may be available for select regions — please contact us for availability and rates.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery within South Africa typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Pre-order items will be shipped according to the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly indicated on the website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may reattempt delivery or hold the package at a collection point. Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery. Trading Floor is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
